Run by Justin, this was Flash's first ever store. Justin became the first retailer in the UK to achieve over £1 million in delivered sales. We took him from £0 in delivery sales to over £23,000 per week. Over 40% of his in-store sales now come from delivery. It's worth noting this didn't happen overnight. It took 5 years to reach that point. Flash is not a get-rich-quick scheme. His store is on the outskirts of Manchester in a small town called Royton.

Dixon Lane Premier wasn't delivering before Flash and had no Facebook following when we started. Kully, the owner, went all in on Flash because he believed in it. Instead of doing a store refit, he invested into delivery. Within a 6 month period, he added over £27,000 a month to his store takings. He's now looking at implementing a dark kitchen for hot food deliveries.

A very small Premier at just 400 sq ft with a limited range and no social media presence. Jag, the owner, isn't very tech savvy. We focused mainly on social media first to grow his presence in the local area. Within a 3 month period, we grew his sales significantly. Jag is now consistently doing upward of £15,000 a month added to his business.

Leigh from Premier Westleigh came to Flash on the verge of bankruptcy. He had just invested £100k in a new store refit and it didn't increase his sales. Delivery was his last hope at growing his sales. We grew his sales to just over £19,000 in a 6 month period, saving his business and creating a shop-in-shop. Safe to say Flash is here to stay.

Anand Costcutter Falkirk on what happened in their first 90 days of Flash.

Costcutter Blacklands is a fantastic store run by husband-and-wife team Joe and Aileen. They moved over from another platform because it didn't offer exclusive territory and was charging customers service fees. In the first 2 months, they achieved over £25,000 in delivered sales — growing their own business, not someone else's. They went all in on Flash: wrapping the van, dressing up as Flash mascots. An overall great retailer partnership.

Poets Corner is owned by Shad, a serial entrepreneur. He had never offered delivery before joining Flash. He got his car wrapped and added signage to the store because he knew Flash was future-proofing his business. In a 10-month period, he achieved over £6,000 in delivery sales for his store — safe to say, Flash is here to stay.

Costcutter Dunston is owned by Sajid, along with his two sons, Kamille and Idrees. The family had never offered delivery before, so joining Flash marked a completely new direction for the business. 🚀 £7,000+ in delivered sales within just 2 months — starting from £0 In just two months on the platform, Costcutter Dunston has grown from £0 to over £7,000 in delivered sales — a strong new revenue stream and a real asset to the business.

Oliver Spar Long Riston on what happened in their first 90 days of Flash.

Spar Brock is owned by Clif, a 65-year-old retailer who's still going strong. Based in a rural village on the outskirts of Preston, Clif joined Flash because it let him offer delivery at in-store prices, with no service charges added on top. 📈 +£2,000 added in sales in the first month alone Clif understands that delivery isn't a get-rich-quick scheme — it's here to stay, and it's become a valuable, lasting addition to the store.

Spar Blantyre is owned by husband-and-wife team Zak and Michelle. Zak is an outstanding retailer and a member of the Spar Guild, constantly refitting his store and keeping on top of store standards. One of his biggest frustrations with other delivery partners was territory — he wanted to grow his own business, not someone else's. Since joining Flash, that's exactly what's happened. 📈 £3,666 in added sales — and still climbing every month A great asset to the business, with growth that continues month on month.

Oliver, from Spar Long Riston, is an amazing, forward-thinking retailer based in the rural village of Long Riston, on the outskirts of Hull. A fun fact: it actually took six meetings to get Oliver over the line with Flash — safe to say he did his full research before joining. His main concern was that most of the local population are elderly, and he wasn't sure how many would be able to use the app. 💷 £13,871+ in sales within just 3 months Oliver has since launched Iceland in-store, and over the coming months and years, he's set to become a top retailer on Flash.

Pinal Nisa Faversham on what happened in their first 90 days of Flash.

Nisa Heysham is owned by James, who runs a 700 sq ft Nisa store. Before starting delivery, James researched every platform under the sun, looking for genuine experts to help grow his sales. Being a 700 sq ft store, he'd reached the ceiling on in-store sales and was looking for another way to grow. He knew delivery was the answer — but wanted a platform that gave him his own territory and didn't charge customers anything on top of in-store prices. 📊 £38,000+ a month in delivery sales — within 9 months A massive addition to the store. Safe to say, Flash is here to stay.

Nisa Global is owned by Indy, a great retailer running a 1,800 sq ft store. When he joined Flash, he'd never done delivery before but was looking for another way to grow his sales — his in-store standards were already excellent, so delivery was the natural next step. The main reason he chose Flash was territory: the ability to grow his own business, not someone else's. 📈 £5,000+ in delivered sales within 6 months — and growing every month Safe to say, delivery is here to stay.

Nisa Morecambe joined Flash under new ownership. When the new owners took over, they faced two options: a full store refit — a £100,000 investment — or taking the store online. They chose delivery. 💷 £5,000+ in delivered sales within the first 4 months — and growing every month A far smaller investment, with strong, steady returns from day one.

Sunny from Go Local Extra Ackworth on the first 90 days of Flash.

Rav from Southey (Go Local) joined Flash just over 8 months ago. He runs a small Go Local Extra shop — 700 sq ft — and had never offered delivery before joining Flash. We took his store from a cold start to £4,687 in the first 4 months, focusing on hyper-local marketing. The in-store range wasn't massive, so we had to work hard to grow the customer base.

Andy Robinson is an award-winning retailer and one of the flagship stores for Go Local in the UK. He runs a 1,200 sq ft "pocket rocket" store and had never offered delivery before joining Flash. One of the main selling points for him was owning his own territory — growing his own business, not someone else's. He's been with Flash for 9 months, and we've taken him from a cold start to upwards of £19k per month in added sales for his store.

Sukie is a 500 sq ft Go Local store with a limited range and limited fresh offering, run by a mother-and-son team. They had never offered delivery before joining Flash. When they came to us, they wanted to increase turnover — the choice was between a full store refit or delivery. They chose delivery, and it proved to be the right call: within 5 months, they added £6,533 to their monthly sales. It just shows what delivery can do.

Zain on what happened in their first 90 days of Flash.

Abbey Stores is owned by Bav. When Bav came to Flash, his goal was to reach the surrounding towns around his store. He's based on a main road with no parking and no residential housing nearby, which made passing trade and footfall difficult to grow. At the time, Bav was doing £5,000 a week in-store but didn't have the buying power to become a Premier store. He saw delivery as the only real option to grow his sales. 🚀 £3,000+ in delivery sales within 2 months

Select & Save Boarshaw is owned by Zain. He had never done delivery before joining Flash — the decision came down to either a brand-new store refit or going online. He chose Flash, and it paid off. In just his second month on the platform, Zain achieved over £19,000 in delivery sales, with delivery now making up a significant chunk of his overall business. 💥 £19,000+ in delivery sales — in month 2 alone Zain believes in Flash so much that he's personally referred 10 of his cousins to the platform.

Baba's Kitchen is owned by Umar, an outstanding retailer who achieved over £14,000 in delivered sales in his first three months on Flash. Operating in a highly competitive area, Umar's standout advantage has been charging in-store prices with no service charges added on top — making him around 10% cheaper than everyone else nearby. It's this pricing edge that's helped him drive such strong sales, and Flash has quickly become a local favourite in his area. 🔥 £14,000+ in delivered sales in the first 3 months

Dunston convenience store is owned by Sajid, along with his two sons, Kamille and Idrees. The family had never offered delivery before, so joining Flash marked a completely new direction for the business. 🚀 £7,000+ in delivered sales within just 2 months — starting from £0 In just two months on the platform, Dunston convenience store has grown from £0 to over £7,000 in delivered sales — a strong new revenue stream and a real asset to the business.
